Valentine’s Dinner
To say the Neuse Country Club’s Valentine’s Dinner was a success is an understatement.
In the club’s first formal dining event since his debut as the Executive Chef in October 2023, Jorge Morales presented Members with an exceptional dining experience. Facilitated by Food & Beverage Manager Michele Melvin, Business & Events Coordinator Amy Kradel, and their respective teams, 19 couples dined with us over two seatings.
Attendees were served a specially curated four-course dinner at a relaxed pace which allowed everyone to fully savor enjoy each course as it was brought from the kitchen. Dinner was paired with a bottle of wine and Valentine’s themed cocktails.
Outstanding in both taste and presentation, with last night’s event Executive Chef Jorge Morales has provided Members with a shining glimpse in the future of dining at the Neuse Country Club — and it is delectable!
