Lifeguard
Job Description:
- Overseeing activities at an aquatic facility.
- Explaining and enforcing rules, regulations, and policies to ensure the safety of patrons.
- Monitoring designated areas to recognize signs of danger.
- Warning swimmers regarding unsafe situations.
- Maintaining order in swimming areas.
- Responding to emergencies and rescuing swimmers in danger of drowning.
- Performing first aid procedures.
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of all areas.
- Maintaining records and reports.
American Red Cross certification for Lifeguarding must be completed. NCC must have a copy on file prior to employment start date.
Information and classes can be found by going to the American Red Cross website. NCC requires the Lifeguarding-BL course.

Kitchen Staff
Job Description:
- Keep kitchen clean and organized
- Assist with Club events
- Prep & Stock
- Adequate knife skills
- Deliver food in a fast-paced environment
- Operate a grill, oven, and fryer
- Ability to work at a fast pace — sense of urgency important
- Ability to assist Chef with specials
- Ability to follow food health & safety procedures
- Breakfast experience preferred
- Must have a teachable, willing-to-learn attitude
- Available Sundays
