The Front Porch Social (pre-dinner appetizers)
– Pimento Cheese & Bennie Crackers: Sharp White Cheddar, “Fire & Ice Pickles”, and pickled okra
– Country Ham Carpaccio: Thinly shaved salt-cured ham, honey-dizjon drizzle, grilled sourdough
– Cornbread “Blinis”: Miniature hoecakes with whipped honey butter and crispy “streaky meat”
The Seated Report
– Braised Pot Likker & Dumplings: Slow-simmered spring greens in a smoked turkey broth, served with fluffy tasso biscuits and house pepper vinegar. Paired with Pinot Noir.
– Spring Garden Salad: Tender butter lettuce, toasted pecans, and local strawberries with a Moonshine Vinaigrette. Paired with Moscato.
– Fried Chicken Mosaic with a Wild Mushroom & Moonshine Cream Sauce. Served over crispy cornmeal spaetzle. Paired with Chardonnay.
