The owners of the Neuse Country Club are pleased to announce that Jorge Morales has joined our staff as Executive Chef!

Jorge Morales is a New Jersey native but has lived in North Carolina for over 15 years. Jorge is a 2014 graduate of Wake Tech with an AA in Culinary Arts, AA in Baking and Pastry Arts, and a Hospitality Management Certificate. He is Serv-Safe certified, an ACF-Certified Culinarian, and an ACF Certified Pastry Culinarian.

Jorge’s 11 years of experience in the restaurant industrty include: Owner of Jorgito’s LLC Catering, Head Chef at Corner Kitch’n, Sous Chef at North Ridge County Club, and Banquet and Pastry Chef at Jimmy V’s in DTR.

Jorge lives in Garner with his wife, Sarah, two children, Eliana (10) and Elijah (8), and adorable pitt, Shortie. When not at work, he is heavily involved in church or coaching/assisting his children with sports.
